These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Zone A Limited, a registered Nigerian fashion brand (CAC No. 9020423, NEPC RE No. 0033037) operating at 1, Glogam Pharmacy Plaza, Irhirhi, Off Airport Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Definitions
- "Zone A" or "we" — refers to Zone A Limited, the seller and manufacturer.
- "Customer" — any individual or business purchasing products or services from Zone A.
- "Dropshipper" — any individual or business entity purchasing Zone A products for the purpose of resale without holding inventory.
- "Products" — all handmade bags, footwear, accessories and related items sold by Zone A.
Pricing & Wholesale
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Zone A offers tiered wholesale pricing based on order quantity:
- 1 to 3 pieces: standard retail price
- 4 to 12 pieces: 7% discount
- 13 to 24 pieces: 12% discount
- 25 or more pieces: 17% discount
For dropshipping arrangements, a minimum order of 5 pieces per week is required. Volume discounts may apply at higher order thresholds. Zone A reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
- We accept bank transfer and card payment via Paystack.
- For custom and bulk orders, full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.
- Orders are only confirmed and processed after payment is received and verified.
Shipping & Delivery
- Zone A delivers across Nigeria within 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Zone A is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit once dispatched.
- International export delivery is available for verified orders. Contact us for export shipping details.
- For dropshipping orders, shipping costs are borne by the Dropshipper.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Key points:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrectly described items.
- Customised and personalised orders are non-refundable unless defective.
- Dropshippers may return products within 24 hours if items are not as described. Prior approval from Zone A is required.
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless Zone A dispatched the wrong item.
Dropshipping Terms
- Minimum order of 5 pieces per week is required to maintain dropshipping status.
- Dropshippers must adhere to all marketing guidelines provided by Zone A.
- Dropshippers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
- Either party may terminate the dropshipping arrangement with one week written notice.
- Grounds for immediate termination include failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, logos, branding materials, images and content on this website are the sole property of Zone A Limited. Customers and Dropshippers are prohibited from:
- Altering or reproducing Zone A product designs without explicit written consent.
- Using Zone A brand names, images or promotional materials without prior approval.
- Claiming ownership of any Zone A design, concept or creative work.
Liability Limitations
Zone A Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for losses caused by shipping delays, transit damage or misuse of products.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including pricing structures, production processes and customer data. Zone A does not share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria. Zone A reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
