Refund Policy

Effective from January 2024 — Zone A Limited

Introduction

At Zone A Limited, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade bags, produced using premium materials such as leather, Aso-oke and Ankara. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for initiating a return.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items that are defective or not as described upon receipt.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or not as described.

Important: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +234 706 120 8957 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a clear description or photos of the issue.
  • We will provide you with return authorisation and further instructions.
  • Items must be returned within 24 to 48 hours after return authorisation is granted.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of return authorisation being granted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was sent.
  • Zone A reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above. After we receive your returned item, you can place a new order for your desired item.

Policy Changes

Zone A Limited reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
