We deliver across Nigeria within 2 to 5 business days. After your order is confirmed and payment received, we pack carefully and dispatch promptly. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within Nigeria. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment.
Zone A is registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (RE No. 0033037) and can fulfil international orders. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form to discuss international delivery costs and timelines.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we will send a tracking reference via WhatsApp. You can also contact us at any point for a status update.
We accept card payment and bank transfer through our secure checkout. Bank transfer details are also provided for service orders. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Products & Quality
Yes. Every Zone A bag is 100% handmade in our workshop in Benin City, Nigeria. We do not mass produce. Each piece is individually crafted and inspected before it leaves our workshop.
We use leather (genuine and premium synthetic), Ankara fabric, Aso-oke, denim and other quality materials. All materials are selected for durability and appearance. Details are listed on each product page.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Clean with a soft dry cloth and do not soak in water. For leather pieces, use a quality conditioner periodically. Avoid harsh chemicals and stuff with tissue paper when storing to maintain shape.
Yes. We offer tiered wholesale pricing: 4 to 12 pieces get 7% off, 13 to 24 pieces get 12% off, and 25 or more pieces get 17% off. Visit our Wholesale page or contact us for more details.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective or not as described. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with all tags attached. Contact us first to initiate a return — do not send items without prior authorisation.
Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or significantly not as described. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer covers return shipping unless the wrong item was sent by us. Items must be returned within 24 to 48 hours of the return being authorised.
Custom Orders
Yes. We welcome custom orders for individuals and businesses. Contact us via WhatsApp with your brief — bag type, materials, colours, size and design references. We will confirm feasibility and provide a quote.
Timelines depend on design complexity and our production schedule. We provide a clear timeline when confirming your order. For events and bulk orders, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your deadline.
Yes. You can share sketches, reference images or specific fabric preferences. If you have a particular Ankara or fabric you want used, discuss this when enquiring and we will advise on feasibility.
Services
Yes. We produce bags and accessories under your brand name from sampling through to bulk delivery. Visit our Private Label page or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes. We produce branded bags, pouches and accessories for corporate events, conferences, weddings and other occasions. Send us your brief including event date, quantity, product type and branding details and we will quote within 24 hours.
Yes. We offer five programmes: Beginners (10 weeks, ₦150,000), Advanced (6 weeks, ₦150,000), Complete Course (4 months, ₦280,000), Apprenticeship (1 year, ₦120,000) and Industrial Attachment for students (3 months, free). Visit our Training page for full details.
Yes. We accept SIWES and IT students for a 3-month industrial attachment at no cost. This is a work-based programme — participants contribute to real production and are assessed throughout. Visit our Training page and read the IT policy before applying.
